To help us understand how people use RunTempo and to improve our app, we collect the following limited information:

• Device Information: We collect technical details such as your device model, operating system version, and general location (country/region).
• Usage Data: We track basic interactions, such as when you open the app and how long you use it.
• Marketing Data: We specifically track the first_open event to help us understand if you installed RunTempo after seeing one of our Google Ads.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Analyze app stability and crash reports
• Understand which features are most popular
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns
• Improve the overall user experience

Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase and Google Analytics to collect and process this data. These services may collect and store information such as your Mobile Device ID (e.g., IDFA or IDFV) and IP address (which is used to derive general location but is not stored).

Information We Don't Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't touch. RunTempo does NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your precise GPS location
• Your health or fitness data
• Your contacts or photos

Data Storage

Your personal app preferences (like saved tempos) are stored locally on your device. Analytics data is stored securely by Google on their servers. We do not maintain our own servers for storing user data.

Your Rights & Choices

You can control tracking on your iOS device:

• Analytics Sharing: You can control Apple's sharing of analytics in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
